What is not to love whether you make it to IHOP or not, you still have a great excuse to eat pancakes any time of day -- or all three meals!
We went to IHOP for breakfast with friends. Then I felt bad that the older kids who were in school missed out so we had pancakes for dinner too. (of course we had some sausage too for good measure.) I actually made the dinner pancakes from scratch and the kids not only notice but claimed the pancakes were better than bisquick. Yay! My efforts in the kitchen are paying off!
